We’re so excited to share with you some of the photos from the engagement session we did with Zach and Jen this spring. They are such a sweet couple and we had a blast capturing their love story.
Zach and Jen met in high school and have been together ever since. They are both passionate about the outdoors, so they chose the Kalamazoo Nature Center as their location for the session. Despite the threatening rain and somewhat chilly wind, we found signs of spring all around us and we are simply swooning over the white and pink spring flowers blooming everywhere.
We started with some casual shots of them walking around the trails, holding hands, and laughing. They were so natural and comfortable in front of the camera. Once they were more comfortable in front of the camera we went on to some more cozy shots and a few shared kisses. They looked so happy and in love, and we could feel their connection.
We had so much fun working with Zach and Jen, and we can’t wait to photograph their wedding later this year. They are such a lovely couple, and I wish them all the best. Here are some of my favorite photos from their session. Enjoy!
